Can we use Givesmith with real donor data now?
Not yet. Givesmith is in development, and the current app is a visual and workflow prototype using fictional data. It is not ready for live donor records, fundraising or payment collection.
Will Givesmith replace DonorPerfect and GiveSmart?
That is the product direction for our initial customer. The first production release must support their confirmed donor and event workflows, including the auction tools they use. We will validate migration and operations before either existing system is retired.
How will the other Tall Timbers products connect?
The plan is a shared supporter identity within each nonprofit organization, with giving, approved volunteer activity, reminders and event participation appearing together. Existing live systems are not connected to this prototype.
Will there be a transaction fee or subscription?
The final public pricing model is not approved yet. We are evaluating predictable CRM pricing alongside event and payment costs. Any subscription, platform fees, processing and migration services will be explained separately before a customer commits.
Can I try the screens without booking a call?
